In the recent elections for panchayats, municipal bodies, and district councils, the public delivered a clear mandate against the Congress government. Instead of accepting this mandate, the government has chosen to harass the victorious representatives. Allegations have surfaced that numerous BJP leaders, including state president Dr. Rajiv Bindal, MLAs Sudhir Sharma and Ashish Sharma, former minister Sukhram Chaudhary, former MLA Hoshiar Singh, KL Thakur, Rajendra Rana, Devender Bhuttos, and MLA Inderdatt Lakhanpal, have faced FIRs or pressure from investigation agencies. Additionally, panchayat representatives are being mentally harassed through various notices. Even a female employee in the police department is struggling for justice, highlighting internal conflicts between the DGP and former SP.

Former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur stated that there is discontent within the Congress regarding Chief Minister Sukhu’s working style. He claimed that serious reports about the state government’s functioning have reached the party’s top leadership. Thakur emphasized that the Chief Minister should focus on public issues and the development of the state rather than making predictions. He also questioned the Chief Minister’s media advisor about an attack on his son, hinting at underlying deals.

Thakur further mentioned that the BJP is compiling documentation related to the Congress government’s corruption, financial mismanagement, misuse of power, administrative interference, anti-people decisions, and political vendettas from across the state. These facts will be presented to the public in a comprehensive charge sheet. The BJP plans to conduct awareness campaigns at the village, mandal, and assembly levels to expose the failures of the Congress government.
